Samsung Omnia
The Samsung Omnia for Verizon Wireless (see CNET Review) came out late last year, but it's still a mobile phone that should be on your list. It has a quite large touchscreen (with haptic feedback) and quite a few other great features.
The camera on the mobile phone is a whopping 5-megapixels, which is more than enough to make your pictures look a lot better than most mobile phone pics you see.
Some on the Internet are saying the Samsung Omnia is a valid competitor to the iPhone and also that it's better than a BlackBerry Storm. You do pay a little more for the phone, but if you're after a top of the line PDA mobile phone, the Samsung Omnia is a good choice for anyone from business users to those who just want a cool phone with a lot of great features.
The mobile phone does have a full QWERTY keyboard, but it's a big cramped. There are other ways to input into the phone, though.
Another negative is that you're stuck with the widgets that the phone offers. In today's day and age, with a PDA mobile phone, you should be able to set it up with whatever software you want so you can get the most out of the phone.
The phone has a cool accelerometer - which means basically that if you turn the phone on its side, the orientation on the screen changes too. That's kinda cool - something the iPhone has had since the beginning.
Samsung Omnia Quick Stats:

- Weight: 4.34 oz.
- Installed RAM: 128 MB
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
