Samsung Propel Pro is Pretty, Practical, and Plump
The Samsung Propel Pro (see CNET Review or official Samsung page) is rather large (please don't stare! It's not the size of the phone that counts!), but it comes with a lot of power and functionality, especially for those who are into email and other forms of messaging.
And even though it's slightly larger than the average PDA mobile phone, it's not so large that it's impractical. In fact, with the size comes great things like a large, decent screen and more importantly for those who like to message, a full QWERTY keyboard.
Samsung Propel Pro Quick Stats:
- Dimensions: 3.9” x 2.4” x 0.6”
- Weight: 4.83 ounces
- Screen: 2" TFT display with 320 x 320 Pixel and 65,000 colors
- Digital Camera: Integrated 3.0 Megapixel Camera with auto focus
- Internal Memory: Flash Memory: 128MB RAM/256MB ROM
- Memory Expansion: microSD™ External Memory Slot supports up to 8GB
The Samsung Propel Pro isn't going to be for everyone, but then again, no mobile phone really is. If you're into messaging - be it instant messages, txt messages, or good old email, the QWERTY keyboard on the Samsung Propel Pro will be very welcome as you type and tap away at the speed of light. As with most QWERTY keyboards found on mobile phones, you'll want to make sure you get a phone that matches the size of your fingers.
Overall the Propel Pro has good phone quality, a good price, and a good set of features. If you like your mobile phones small and stylish (instead of large and stylish), the Propel Pro from Samsung might not be for you. There are a lot of people (who love email) that are going to love this mobile phone.

i like the propel pro alot. i wanted a phone that isnt your typical serious and boring black pda (blackberry) but i didnt want a teenage phone either ( a pink or green xenon, neon, etc).
cant do anything but Windows, im style text messaging-dont care for touch screen. this makes the propel a good match for me. its the kind of phone you can still standing looking at after a year of using it.
i bit clunky but i dont mind
signal can be iffy but not more than any other phone
great buy! no complaints
